  1. The Promotion is open to all residents of England and Wales who are aged 18 or over on 16th May 2022.
  2. The promotional period is from 17:00 on 01 of June 2022 and ends either at 23:59 on 31 December 2022 or when 20,000 valid claims have been redeemed (whichever occurs first) – see paragraph 5 for more details, (the “Promotional Period”). To participate in the Promotion purchase a single or double measure of any of the following serves: Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla & Tonic, Tanqueray Rangpur Lime & Tonic, or Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale & Tonic from any outlet in England and Wales which currently stocks these products. Tanqueray London Dry, Tanqueray No.TEN, and Tanqueray 0.0% are excluded from this promotion. Purchase of Tanqueray or indicator/shortening of this word must be specified on receipt i.e ‘Tanqueray’ or ‘Tanq’ etc. we will refund you the price you paid for one drink including VAT to the maximum of £7.50 (as identified on your original till receipt) via PayPal or bank transfer.
  3. To claim your refund to the maximum of £7.50, fill in the claim form on tanqueray.com/en-gb/CelebrateSummer with your name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and PayPal details, and upload a clear and non-blur photo of your original till receipt showing proof of purchase of a single or double measure of the following: Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla & Tonic, Tanqueray Rangpur Lime & Tonic, or Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale & Tonic, purchased from any outlet in England and Wales which currently stocks these products.
  4. Claims received outside of the Promotional Period will be void and will not be refunded
  5. There will be a maximum of 20,000 claims redeemable as part of this Promotion. Once 20,000 claims have been redeemed the Promotion will automatically close and no further claims will be accepted. .
  6. There will be one refund given per email address. If more than the permitted number of claims are received from the same email address, all such claims will be disqualified. .
  7. No service charges or other fees/charges levied on the purchase of the serve will be refunded. .
  8. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. .
  9. The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. The Promoter shall share your personal information with NCH Marketing Services Limited (t/a Valassis) who is responsible for processing and delivering the refund. .
  10. Subject to paragraph 12 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a stamped addressed envelope for such a response) to info@valassis.co.uk, the claimants’ surnames and counties. .
  11. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 10 by writing to info@valassis.co.uk. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 10 upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority). .
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity). .
  13. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect payments where details provided were incorrect. Payments cannot be reversed once they have been processed. No replacement payments will be granted. The Promoter is not responsible for the PayPal platform including any system errors or other issues with the PayPal platform. .
  14. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final. .
  15. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery. .
  16. Bulk claims made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims, claims made via third parties or syndicates, claims by macros or other automated means and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and no refund will be processed. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own or automated means, their claim will be void and no refund will be processed. .
  17. Where a claimant has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion the Promoter may enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement of any refund even where a refund has already been awarded and/or actually provided to the claimant in question. .
  18. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party. .
  19. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. .
  20. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion. .
