    These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.


  1. Only open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees, or immediate families, of the Promoter or any third party associated with the Promotion.
  2. The promotion opens on 00:00 20.04.2022 and closes on 23:59 18.05.2022. Final date for receipt of claims is 23.59 on 01.06.2022. Any claims received outside these dates will not be accepted.
  3. Purchase necessary. Internet access and email address required.
  4. Retain receipt as proof of purchase. Receipt must show date of purchase during the Promotional Period.

    Application Instructions:

    a. Spend a minimum of £20 on any Qualify NYX Cosmetics Products (see Clause 5) either instore or online from Superdrug;

    b. Visit www.nyxcosmetics.co.uk/rewards

    c. Enter your full name and email address

    d. Upload a photograph of an original till receipt or a print screen of an online purchase receipt clearly showing the retailer purchased, the date purchased and Qualifying Product(s); or

    e. A copy of your eReceipt showing the date purchased, your order reference number and Qualifying Product(s);

    f. Confirm you are over 16 years of age;

    g. Accept the Terms and Conditions.

  7. A maximum of one application is permitted per household.
  8. You must make your application using your full legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Applicant who uses multiple names, false names or makes an application on someone else’s behalf.
  9. Once your application has been submitted it will be validated within 3 working days.
  10. By submitting your application you agree that you will be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.


  11. The Reward: 1 x £10 Deliveroo voucher.
  12. No alternative offer will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar offer of equal or greater value.
  13. Successful applicants will receive an email via the email address provided with a voucher code and instructions on how to redeem the Reward including any additional terms and conditions in relation to the Reward.
  14. If your application is rejected you will receive an email with the reason and, if applicable, will be able to resubmit the application.
  15. For the avoidance of doubt, if more than the permitted number of applications are received from the same address, all such applications and any associated applications from their household will be disqualified. Applications (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Applications via third parties or syndicates, applications by macros or other automated means and applications which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own or automated means, their application will be void.
  16. Data Protection: The personal data provided by claimants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.loreal.co.uk/miscellaneous/consumer-privacypolicy.htm). Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to wecare@valassis.co.uk. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected applications or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  18. Where an Applicant (i) has not completed fully; or (ii) has been found to be in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion the Promoter may enforce its right to disqualify that person.
  19. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected applicants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or offer.
  20. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to events outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion). If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  21. Promoter reserves the right to verify all applications including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Gift or withdraw offer entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
  22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  23. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation.
  24. The Promoters decision in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  26. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
